U.S. Embassy to close Monday in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

The Embassy of the United States of America in Kingston will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2007, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, which is a public holiday in the United States.

The Consular Section, Information Resource Centre, USAID and U.S. Peace Corps offices will also be closed on that day.

The Embassy and its affiliated offices will re-open for business as usual on Tuesday, January 16, 2007.
