If you become sick or are hurt, you can contact ACS for a list of local doctors, dentists, and medical specialists. You can also click here for a list of doctors. Please note that this list is provided as a resource only. The Embassy assumes no responsibility for the professional ability or reputation of the persons or medical facilities listed.

At your request, a consular officer can also inform your family or friends of your situation.
