Regional Security Office (RSO)

Mission of the Regional Security Office  

The Regional Security Officer (RSO) is responsible for providing physical, procedural, and personnel security services to U.S. diplomatic facilities and personnel.

The RSO also provides local in-country security briefings and threat assessments to business executives.  In Kingston, the RSO also provides a liaison between Jamaican law enforcement officials and many U.S. law enforcement agencies.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (except on holidays)
